Announcement of transaction under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014

Autohellas S.A. (the “Company”) announces pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 (the MAR), that on 23 March 2018 the EU Company Main Stream S.A., a person closely associated within the meaning of MAR with Theodoros Vassilakis, the Company's President of the Board of Directors and a person discharging managerial                          responsibilities (PDMR) in the Company, notified the Company that, on 23 March 2018, it disposed through a block trade in the Athens Stock Exchange 1.750.000 ordinary voting shares of the Company (ISIN GR337003008) of a total value of EUR 39.550.000 (or EUR 22.6 each).
