2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2. & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces its 2017 Financial Calendar, as follows:

Wednesday  29.03.2017:   FY 2016 Financial Results Announcement

Thursday      30.03.2017:   FY 2016 Annual Analysts' and Investors' conference call

Thursday      27.04.2017:   Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Tuesday       02.05.2017:   Ex-dividend date, that is, prior to 19.05.2017, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included

Wednesday  03.05.2017:   Dividend beneficiaries - Record date

Tuesday       09.05.2017:   FY 2016 Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)

OPAP clarifies that the financial results will be released following the Athens Exchange market close, at Athens Exchange's website (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.opap.gr).

Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the dividend payment procedure will be provided at the time.
