Notification of change in participation percentage

Under Article 14 of Law 3556/2007, ELLAKTOR SA discloses information received by the following liable shareholder on 2/6/2017:

Mr. Dimitrios Koutras hereby informs that there has been a change in the percentage of participation  in the share capital and in the voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA as a result of acquisition of shares and of the respective voting rights as follows:

Date of transaction on which the change in the percentage participation was effected: 1/6/2017.

Number of shares and equal voting rights prior to the transfer:

a) direct participation: 4,640,590 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 2.622% and

b) indirect participation: 0 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 0% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Number of shares and equal voting rights after the transaction :

a) direct participation: 4,640,590 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 2.622% and

b) indirect participation: 5,230,000 common registered shares with voting right or a percentage of 2.955% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA, through the Adamas Group LTD, company controlled by him.

Following the transaction , the total percentage of participation and voting rights of the person making the announcement is 5.577% of the total voting rights in ELLAKTOR SA.

Additional information:

The announcement by Mr. Dimitrios Koutras is made due to the change in the percentage of participation (more than 5%)  in the share capital and the voting rights in the company ELLAKTOR SA, as a result of  acquisition of shares thereof, as above.
