CHANG IN 2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

HALCOR S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders will be held on Friday 26^th of May, 2017.
