• "Financial Data and Information" for the year 2016, and the "Annual Financial Statements under IFRS" will be posted on Thursday, April 27, 2017 on the company's website, and www.sidma.gr  the Athens Exchange, www.helex.gr .
  
  
• The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on May 25, 2017, Thursday.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2016.
