(the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on June 6, 2017 10,522 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 274,717.33.
