Announcement regarding the purchase of treasury shares

ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A. would like to inform the investment community that in application of the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting dated 7.6.2016 as well as of the decision of BoD dated 22.12.2016 and pursuant to article 16 of codified law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, in its meeting dated 8 March 2017, it has proceeded through EUROBANK EQUITIES Investment Firm S.A. to the purchase of 5,000 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 14.06 euro per share, of a total value of 70,412.48 euro.

Following the above purchase, the Company owns 10,436 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 13.93 euro per share, a percentage of 2.4990% of the total shares of the Company.
