Minoan Lines S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2017, as follows:

-Annual Financial Information is to be published on Company's official web page: www.minoan.gr and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Monday, March 20, 2017.

-Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 22, 2017.

The Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2016.

The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned dates, provided that it informs promptly the investors with a new announcement under the terms of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
