The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Wednesday  January 3, 2018, bought 1.500 shares of a total value of 6.440,62€ and on  Thursday  January 4, 2018, bought 1.500 shares of a total value of 6.540,68€  

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
