The company MLS Innovation Inc. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and CEO  of the Board of Directors on  Wednesday  January 10, 2018, bought 6.700 shares of a total value of 29.009€  mr. Konstantoulas member of the  Board of Directors sold 1.350 shares of a total value of 5.845,5€ and  mr. Kyriakopoulos member of the  Board of Directors sold 1.500 shares of a total value of 6.480€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
