EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA announces the following:

The foreign company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LTD (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, which is closely associated with the Chairman and Managing Director of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, in combination with the provisions of article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, announces that on 28.12.2017 it sold 50,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, of a total value of Euro 78,000. The transaction was notified to us pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
