KARATZIS S.A., in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, announces to the investors the Financial Calendar for the year 2018.

1) The results for the fiscal year 2017 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Wednesday, 25th of April 2018.

2) The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will be held on Saturday, 16th of June 2018.

3) The results for the first half 2018 will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Friday, 28th of September 2018.

In case the General Assembly of the shareholders decides the payment of dividend FY 2017 or in case of any other change in the Financial Calendar, the Company will promptly inform the investors with a new announcement.
