The company “TERNA ENERGY S.A.” announces that, according to the article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, that the legal entity TETRAD Capital Partners Ltd (Cayman) (Obligated Person, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014), connected to Mr. Gagik Apkarian, independent non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company (Obligated Person, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014), proceeded on August 28, 2017, to the acquisition of 40,000 common nominal shares of the company TERNA ENERGY S.A. of a total value of €130,000.00  . 
The transaction was made by way of transfer from Mr. Apkarian's portfolio, which he had acquired before his appointment as member of the BoD, to the legal entity TETRAD Capital Partners Ltd (Cayman) outside a trading venue, between accounts of the said persons maintained internally with the same broker.
