In accordance with article 24§2(a)&(b) of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 6.3.2018 in total 4.023 common registered shares of the company “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 8.3.2018. As a result of the above acquisition, «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» holds today 93, 82% of the voting rights in “KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME – NATURAL PRODUCTS” from 93,31% of voting rights held on 22.2.2018.
