MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and following relevant notification, announces that Mr. Konstantinos Fatolas bought, on June 27^th, 2017, 14 common bonds of the company of a total value of Euro 14,000.00.
