MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 par. 1 (p) and 21) in combination with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and following relevant notification, announces that Mr. Ioannis Maggel bought, on June 27^th, 2017, 16 common bonds of the company of a total value of Euro 16,000.00. In addition, Mrs. Maria Kardamaki, wife of Mr. Ioannis Maggel, Executive Director in Group Treasury, bought on June 27^th, 2017, 16 common bonds of the company of a total value of Euro 16,000.00.
