Following relevant question raised from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding the invitation of shareholders of the company under the name ALFA GRISSIN SA to Extraordinary General Meeting on 05.05.2017 for the approval, inter alia, of all the processes that are necessary for declaring the company bankrupt, we inform you that the impacts of the aforementioned announcement are not assessed as important to our company and do not affect our consolidated financial statements.
