SFAKIANAKIS S.A. informs the investing public that according to the transfer agreement dated 13.09.2017, Mr. Christian Oliver Taki acquired 2,352,599 shares of SFAKIANAKIS HOLDINGS S.A. from Mrs Aikaterini Sfakianaki (these shares correspond to 33.33% of SFAKIANAKIS HOLDINGS S.A., which holds 49.39% of the voting rights of the listed SFAKIANAKIS S.A.)
