HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces that according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, its Financial Calendar for the year 2017 is the following:

1. Announcement of Financial Results of the fiscal year 2016 (Figures & Information 1/1-31/12/2016 and Annual Report 1/1/-31/12/2016) will be available in the ASE website (www.helex.gr) and the Company's website (www.hellenicfabrics.gr) The Management of “Hellenic Fabrics S.A.”, announces that it will not proceed on time   to the publication of the annual financial report 2016 due to the fact that it has not yet been possible to finalize the financial statements by stating late events concerning the company

2. Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders: Sunday 10 September 2017.

The Company is not expected to make an annual presentation to analysts on financial results and will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2016, while it reserves the right to adjust the above dates after timely informing investors.
