MLS  Innovation Inc.. in accordance with the applicable Greek capital market legislation    following the Board of Director's resolution (dated  October 30 , 2017) announces its intention to sell 122.000 treasury shares (0.98% of its share capital) .

The lowest sale price is  4,25€   and the transaction will be completed until November 1  2017.
