CHANGE IN 2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

HALCOR S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces that the Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Fiscal Year 2016 Financial results of the company will take place on Tuesday 9^th of May, 2017.
