Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the updated Financial Calendar for 2018:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2017 results:                                   Monday 26 March 2018
• Release of First Quarter 2018 results:                              Monday 21 May 2018
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders:                    Wednesday 30 May 2018
• Dividend beneficiaries – Record date (*):                      Wednesday 6 June 2018

Concerning the futures traded in the Athens Exchange derivatives market: if a dividend is declared, the ex-date (Tuesday 5 June 2018) is: a) after the expiration, on 18 May 2018 of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX (stock symbol: EXAE) is a component stock) and b) before the expiration, on 15 June 2018 of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security as well as the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP.

• Dividend payment date (*):                                                 Tuesday 12 June 2018
• Release of Six Month 2018 results:                                   Monday 30 July 2018
• Release of Nine Month 2018 results:                               Monday 26 November 2018

(*)        The distribution of dividend and the abovementioned dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend declared for fiscal year 2017 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts concerning the 2017 financial results took place on Tuesday 27 March 2018.

The results for each period will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.athexgroup.gr).
