a. Tax audit for fiscal years 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011
b. Issue of Tax Compliance Report for the year 2016
The company «Minoan Lines Shipping S.A.» in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Exchange Regulation [ article 4.1.3.1 ], informs the investors about the following:
a. For the fiscal years 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, the Company received relevant partial audit reports from the competent state tax audit authorities as well as respective acts and decisions, with which the Company finally charged with a total tax amount (including surcharges and fines) of € 13.7 thousand.
It should be noted that the certified amount, attributed and is fully covered by the cumulative provision for contingent tax liabilities that the Company had formed for the aforementioned fiscal years..
b. The special tax audit under article 65A of Law 4174 / 2013 was conducted by the statutory independent auditors for the year 1.1.2016 – 31.12.2016 and Tax Compliance Report issued with an unqualified opinion.
