Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexander Macridis, non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 21 December 2017, 600 common shares of the Company of a total value of  €13,005.00.
