EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces, in accordance with the provisions of Laws 3556/2007, Laws 3340/2005, decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007, circular 33, decision 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. George Gkouskos, Director of Financial Controlling and Reporting and Investor Relations Coordinator of the Company, proceeded on February 15, 2022, to sell of 6,400 Common registered shares of the Company for a total value of 49,920 euros.
