Plaisio Computers S.A. (hereby referred as” The Company”) informs its shareholders that the date 31^st December 2021 marks the five-year deadline for collection of the dividend for the financial year 2015 (01.01.2015-31.12.2015), amounting (after the deduction of the respective tax, based on the legislative framework previously in force) to 0,068 Euros per share.

Τhe shareholders entitled to the aforesaid dividend are those registered in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Wednesday 18^th May 2016 (record date).

The shareholders entitled to the aforesaid dividend for the financial year 2015 and for whichever reason have not collected it, are kindly reminded to proceed to the collection of it before the aforementioned date (31.12.2021).

After 31^st December 2021, the dividend claims for the financial year 2015 that have not been collected by their beneficiaries will be time-barred, according to the applicable legislation, in favor of the Greek State.
