ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE EXPIRATION OF A DEADLINE WITHOUT THE SUMBISSION OF A REQUEST PURSUANT TO ART. 100 par. 3 of LAW Ν. 4548/2018

The Board of Directors of "SPACE HELLAS S.A TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS & SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES" (hereinafter “SPACE HELLAS”) announces to the investment public that, according to para. 2 of the article 101 of the LAW 4548/2018, in its meeting of 09 July 2021 the expiration of the deadline of ten (10) days of the article 100 para. 3 of the LAW 3448/2018 has been found which is predicted for the shareholders of the company representing the 1/20 of its capital, to submit a request for the convocation of the General Assembly with a subject the Provision of Specific Permission, according to the article 99 and beyond of the LAW 4548/2018, for:

The provision of guarantee to NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE and in favor of “SINGULARLOGIC S.A.”: a) for the signing of a loan up to the amount of euros eight hundred thousand (€800.000,00), through the EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK (EIB) program, b) for the signing of a loan up to the amount of euros one million (€ 1.000.000,00), through the HELLENIC DEVELOPMENT BANK (HDB) program and c) for the signing of a credit agreement with an open all-account up to the limit of euros three million five hundred (€ 3.500.000,00) for the purpose of developing the commercial activity of the company and the better achievement of its corporate purpose.

According to the minutes of the Board of Directors of the company dated 14.06.2021 which have been filed to the General Commercial Registry (G.E.M.H.) with Code File Number 2569186/24.06.2021 (announcement wit Prot. No.: 70465/24.06.2021.
