Notification of significant changes in voting rights

ELLAKTOR S.A. (Company or/and Issuer) announces, in compliance with the art 9 of the L.3556/2007 and the Transparency Directive, that, on May 9^th, 2022, the Company was notified by a shareholder, of the following:

The legal entity MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (registered office in Greece), informs of its acquisition of participation and voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA as follows:

Date of transaction when its participation exceeded the 25% threshold: May 6^th, 2022

Number of shares and number of voting rights before the transaction:

1. direct participation 0% (i.e. 0  common registered shares with voting rights) and
2. indirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered shares with voting rights)

Number of shares and number of voting rights after the transaction:

1. direct participation 29.87% (i.e.  104,000,000 common registered shares with voting rights),
2. indirect participation 0% (i.e. 0 common registered shares with voting rights) and

total participation and voting rights 29.87% (i.e. 104,000,000 common registered shares with voting rights) issued by ELLAKTOR SA.

 Additional information

The purchase of the 104.000.000 shares and voting rights (i.e. 29.87% of the total voting rights of the Issuer) was made via Over The Counter DvP transaction on 06.05.2022, thus crossed the threshold of 25% in the share capital  (L. 3556/2007).
