PPC S.A. announces that, following the conclusion of the second phase of the tender process for the sale of 49% of HEDNO S.A. share capital, 4 binding offers were submitted from the following participants (in alphabetical order):

CVC Capital Partners Group
First Sentier Investors Group
KKR Group
Macquarie Group

The competent departments of PPC S.A will review the technical offers and the opening of the financial offers will follow.

PPC S.A. will proceed to an announcement following the conclusion of the process.
