KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A., with Reg. No 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that during the period between 16/3/2022-21/3/2022, 17,500 own ordinary shares (treasury shares) were awarded to 21 members of the staff, in the context of executing the 2nd round of the Company's Stock Awards Program.

These own shares were purchased during the period between 6/10/2021-2/3/2022 at an average price of €7.9484 per share, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 7/7/2020.

After the above disposal, KRIKRI SA holds a total of 18,636 own shares, that is 0.056% of the total number of shares issued.

It is noted that, in the context of the 2nd round of the Company's Stock Awards Program, an additional award of 206 own ordinary shares to 2 beneficiaries has been approved, which for technical reasons will be executed at a later date.
