Announcement of Regulated information pursuant to L. 3556/2007 - Notification of substantial holdings L. 3556/2007

P.G. Nikas SA (the “Company”, “Issuer”), pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following disclosure received by “Competrol Establishment” and by “Chipita Participations Limited” announces the following:

“Chipita Participations Limited”, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus, which is ultimately controlled by “Competrol Establishment”, on 25/06/2021, sold and transferred to “Chipita Holdings Limited”, which is also ultimately controlled by “Competrol Establishment”, the entire issued share capital of “Givenrise Investments Limited”, comprising of 4.700 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €1,00 each, and thus “Chipita Holdings Limited” became 100% shareholder of “Givenrise Investments Limited”.

This transfer of the shares and voting rights in “Givenrise Investments Limited “did not result in a change to the total number of shares and voting rights in “P.G. NIKAS SA”, indirectly controlled by “Competrol Establishment”.

Moreover, it is noted that “Competrol Establishment” holds 93.36% of the Company's share capital through “Givenrise Investments Limited”.
