Announcement of important fact

The Société anonyme with the trade name “ELLAKTOR SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, and the distinctive title “ELLAKTOR SA” (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby informs investors, in accordance with Regulations (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament & Council and of the Athens Stock Exchange, that its subsidiary AKTOR SA signed a contract with the American corporation Environmental Chemical Corp. (ECC) for the undertaking of the project "Construction of multipurpose shelters and improvements of tramways at Larissa air base", for a total amount of €19,520,000, with the U.S. Department of Defense (NAVFAC) being the Project Owner.

The project concerns the improvement of facilities at the Larissa Air Base and its object includes the construction of two (2) Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMs), one (1) Aircraft maintenance building, one (1) installation building, extension of the taxiways, construction of an aircraft ramps and construction of vehicle parking places. It also includes the reconstruction of the roadways of part of the taxiways, the construction of an auxiliary aircraft ramp and the installation of equipment. 

The works will be completed within a period of 12 months, according to the applicable time schedule of the above contract.
