Changes in the Composition of ATHEX Index Series
 

 

Following the announcement of the company «OCM Luxembourg Healthcare Greece S.a r.l.» for the submission of an Optional Public Offer to the shareholders of the company «IASO S.A.», the Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Index Series, according to the Ground Rules. More specifically:

  • ATHEX Composite Price Index
    The shares of the company «IASO S.A.» are removed from index composition due to free float restriction and replaced by the shares of the company «BYTE COMPUTER S.A.» with investability weight 32% and capping factor 1.0.
  • ATHEX Composite Index Total Return Index
    The shares of the company «IASO S.A.» are removed from index composition due to free float restriction and replaced by the shares of the company «BYTE COMPUTER S.A.» with investability weight 32% and capping factor 1.0.
  • ATHEX Select Index Plus
    The shares of the company «IASO S.A.» are removed from index composition due to free float restriction without immediate replacement.


All changes will be effective from the session of Tuesday May 11th, 2021
