OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" received the following notifications from liable persons who participated in the 2021 interim dividend reinvestment program:

Mr. Kamil Ziegler, Executive Chairman, obtained on 10.11.2021, 176 company shares, of a total value of Euro 2,323.20.
PRESKONGO LIMITED, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Pavel Saroch, B' Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 10.11.2021, 7,534 company shares, of a total value of Euro 99,448.75
Mrs. Katarina Kohlmayer, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 10.11.2021, 62 company shares, of a total value of Euro 818.40.
Mr. Vaios Karantinos, Chief Retail Officer, obtained on 10.11.2021, 71 company shares, of a total value of Euros 937.20.
