KRI-KRI Milk Industry announces, pursuant to Article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulations (EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Tsinavos Georgios, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 / 2005, as an executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, was awarded 1,345 ordinary shares on 5.8.2021, in the context of executing the 1^st round of the Company's Stock Awards Program.
