European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (hereinafter the Company) informs the stakeholders of the Company that the Bank of Greece - Private Insurance Supervision Directorate, announced the decision number 426/2 / 07.06.2022 of the Credit and Insurance Committee, based on which, the acquisition of direct special participation in the share capital of "European Reliance" by the company "Allianz SE" at a rate of 82.17% is approved.
