Notification concerning acquisition of voting rights according to L. 3556/2007

According to L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA SA discloses that a notification was received by the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS, according to which on March 18, 2021 there was a change (increase) over 3% in his withholding voting rights and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights prior to the previous transaction notification:  16,531,307 thus 15.9841 % of the total voting rights of the Company.     

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction: 20,594,164 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 19.9125 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 103,423,291.  

The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS that the notification refers to the purchase of 3.8849% of voting rights by the connected legal entity GARDENIA A.K.T.E.X.E.
