GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE BANK OF GREECE
Following the election of Mr Georgios Kavvathas and Mr Theodosios Panaikas as General Council members by the 88th Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank of Greece, held on 6 April 2021, and their swearing-in today in accordance with Article 22 of the Bank's Statute, the new composition of the General Council is as follows:
