According to L.3556/2007, TERNA ENERGY SA discloses that a notification was received today by the legal entity ATALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED, according to which on April 21, 2021 there was a change (increase) in his withholding voting rights, which exceeded 5% and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction: 6,923,053 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 6.0 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 115,855,090.  

The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder ATALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED that it is controlled by a natural person, Mr. EVANGELOS MARINAKIS, who indirectly holds the above participation in TERNA ENERGY S.A. The Company also received a similar notification by the natural person, Mr. EVANGELOS MARINAKIS, who repeated the above acquisition of voting rights, through legal entity ATALE ENTERPRISES LIMITED, which is under his control.
