ACQUISITION OF SHARES OF AEP KEFALARIOU SA

P.G. NIKAS S.A. announces that on 23/12/2021 the acquisition of the total of shares (100%) of the societe anonyme with the name "ALPHA INVESTMENT PROPERTY SOCIETE ANONYME" and the distinctive title "AEP KEFALARIOU SA" was signed. The above company is located in the Municipality of Athens, at 77 Athens Avenue, with number GEMI: 134189901000 and Tax Identification Number. 800652330, TAX OFFICE: FAE Athens.

The total price that amounted to fifteen million two hundred thirty-one thousand two hundred thirteen euros (€ 15,231,213), was paid in full at the time of signing the share purchase agreement and was financed by long-term borrowing.

The main activity of AEP KEFALARIOU SA is the purchase, sale, rental and in general the exploitation of real estate.

AEP KEFALARIOU SA is the owner and lessor of the property on which the production facilities and offices of the company P.G. NIKAS S.A. are located.

According to the financial data of 2020, AEP KEFALARIOU SA did not employ any staff, had a share capital of €144,000, a net worth of €17,458,285 and zero debt.

With this acquisition, the property at Agios Stefanos becomes the property of NIKAS Group, which now has the full potential of expanding and modernizing its production facilities.
