ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR THE PERIOD 1/1/2021 TO 30/9/2021
Unibios Holdings S.A., in response to a request from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 9.11.2021 which was sent to all issuers with securities admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investors about the fundamental financial figures for the third quarter of the financial year 2021 , as well as recent developments in its activity.
Consolidated Sales in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to ¤ 1. 615 thousand compared to ¤ 1.070 thousand in the third quarter of 2020. For the period 01.01.2021-30.09.2021 they sales amounted to ¤ 4. 737 thousand compared to ¤ 3.740 thousand for the corresponding period of the year2020.
Consolidated Earnings before Taxes, Financial, Investment Results and Depreciations (EBITDA) in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to ¤ 124 thousand compared to ¤ 32 thousand in the third quarter of 2020. For the period 01.01.2021 -30.09.2021 EBITDA amounted to ¤ 535 thousand compared to ¤ 42 thousand for the corresponding period of the 2020 financial year.
Consolidated earnings before Interest and Tax (EBIT) in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to ¤ 19 thousand compared to a loss of ¤(147) thousand during the third quarter of 2020. For the period 01.01.2021-30.09.2021 EBIT amounted to ¤ 249 thousand compared to a loss of ¤(498) thousand in the corresponding period of the year 2020.

For the fiscal year 2021, the company estimates that under normal conditions the sales and the EBIT will reach the pre-pandemic levels. Regarding the effects of the energy crisis, the company believes that it will not have a significant impact on its financial figures, given that energy is not a significant cost factor for the company, nor does it decisively affect the sizes of the markets in which it operates.
During the third quarter of 2021, there were no significant changes in the Group's debt position. In particular, the group's total debt position on 30.09.2021 reached ¤ 3,571 compared to ¤ 3,218 on 30.06.2021. No material change occurred in the Group's capital formation/ net worth.
