Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)
The SMALLCAP WORLD FUND, Inc. informed the Company in writing on 09 July 2021 that, because of a triggering transaction on 07 July 2021 it indirectly holds 5.09% of the voting rights of the Company, from below 5% before the transaction.
SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. is a mutual fund registered in the United States under the Investment Company Act of 1940. SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. is the legal owner of shares in the Company and has granted proxy voting authority to Capital Research and Management Company, its investment adviser.
In turn, the CAPITAL GROUP COMPANIES, Inc. informed the Company in writing on 09 July 2021 that, because of a triggering transaction on 07 July 2021 it indirectly holds 5.09% of the voting rights of the Company, from below 5% before the transaction.
The chains of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held, starting with the ultimate controlling entity, is as follows:
