Notification concerning acquisition of voting rights according to L. 3556/2007

According to L.3556/2007, GEK TERNA SA discloses that a notification was received by the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS, according to which on March 23, 2021 there was a change (increase) in his withholding voting rights, which exceeded 25% and specifically:

Number of shares and voting rights prior to the previous transaction notification:  

Direct 16,576,307 shares and voting rights, thus 16.0276 % of the total voting rights and Indirect 4,017,857 shares and voting rights, thus 3.8849 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction:

Direct 16,576,307 shares and voting rights, thus 16.0276 % of the total voting rights and Indirect 11,517,857 shares and voting rights, thus 11.1366 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

In total 28,094,164 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 27.1643 % of the total voting rights of the Company, which amounts to 103,423,291.  

The above mentioned notification also included a statement of the shareholder Mr. GEORGIOS PERISTERIS that the notification refers to the purchase of 7.2518% of voting rights by the connected legal entities RERGE LTD and SNAKOS SERVICES LTD.
