"Following the announcement dated on 24/01/2022 of the company GEK TERNA SA, I declare that until 24/3/2022 I will dispose of the necessary number of shares in order my participation not to exceed the limit of par. 1 of Article 7 of Law 3461/2006, taking into account the shares of paragraph 3 of the same article. Furthermore, I will not exercise the voting rights that correspond to this percentage during this period."
