Release of Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2021:

Wednesday, 20th of April 2022 (after the market close of the Athens Stock Exchange).

Analysts' annual briefing, for the for the fiscal year 2021 financial results (conference call):

Thursday, 21st of April 2022.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday, 5th of July 2022.

Ex – dividend date:

Thursday, 18th of August 2022.

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date):

Friday, 19th of August 2022.

Dividend payment date:

Wednesday, 24th of August 2022.

The dividend payment is subject to Annual General Meeting approval.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after informing on due time the investors' community with a new announcement.
