OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" received the following notifications from liable persons who participated in the 2020 dividend reinvestment program:

Mr. Kamil Ziegler, Executive Chairman, obtained on 03.08.2021, 1,094 company shares, of a total value of Euro 12,187.12.
PRESKONGO LIMITED, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Pavel Saroch, B' Vice-Chairman, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 03.08.2021, 46,903 company shares, of a total value of Euro 522,497.61
Mrs. Katarina Kohlmayer, Non-Executive BoD Member, obtained on 03.08.2021, 384 company shares, of a total value of Euro 4,277.75.
Mr. Vaios Karantinos, Chief Retail Officer, obtained on 03.08.2021, 445 company shares, of a total value of Euros 4,957.28.
Mr. Matthaios Matthaiou, Operations Director, obtained on 03.08.2021, 39 company shares, of a total value of Euro 434.46.
Mr. Nikos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Director, obtained on 03.08.2021, 225 company shares, of a total value of Euros 2,506.49.
