Following the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26.06.2020 approving the purchase of own shares in accordance with article 49 of the Law 4548/2018, the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 1.03.2022 the following: During the period between 1.03.2022 and 30.06.2022, the Company can purchase up to 500,000 own shares with a minimum purchase price of one euro (€ 1) and a maximum of twenty euros (€ 20) per share.
