PPC S.A. informs that, following the stock announcement dated 16.6.2021 and within the framework of the hive-down of the Distribution business segment  of PPC S.A. and its contribution to its subsidiary HEDNO S.A., the Board of Directors of PPC S.A. approved on 29.6.2021 the following:

-          The Draft division agreement including the Transformation Accounting Statement as of 31.3.2021 and the Valuation Report on the fair value of the Distribution business segment and

-          The Executive Summary of the Board of Directors to the General Shareholders' Meeting
