SPACE HELLAS announces that on 29 JUNE 2021 purchased by the company EPSILON NET S.A. 3.247.000 common nominal shares of the company «EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC S.A.» with a nominal value of 1,00 € each, in the price of 1,00€ per share and accordingly in a total price of 3.247.000€, totally paid.

With the above sale purchase, which is made after the completion of the secession from EPSILON NET S.A. of the sector of the commercial and accounting applications for businesses and ERP that has been developed with the use of the PYLON platform, SPACE HELLAS obtains the 32,49% of «EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC S.A.», as, according to the relevant valuation, the value of the sector that has been split off is of the amount of 10 million Euros.

As it has been already announced on 01 MARCH 2021, the above sale purchase transaction is made as a part of the implementation of the strategic planning of SPACE HELLAS and EPSILON NET S.A. for SingularLogic S.A.

The completion of the strategic planning for «EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC S.A.», which has been established by EPSILON NET S.A. and SPACE HELLAS (announcement of 22 JANUARY 2021), will be made with the fragmentation process of the sector of self-produced software of SingularLogic S.A.  Upon the completion of the said fragmentation, the final percentage of SPACE HELLAS in «EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC S.A.» will be 39,97%.

The said transaction is one more step which proves in practice the strong cooperation of the two Groups (SPACE HELLAS & EPSILON NET S.A.) and it is a landmark in the effort to create a much bigger business scheme in the area of Information Technology in Greece.
