KRI-KRI MILK INDUSTRY SA (thereafter the “Company”) according to the EU Regulation 596/2014 for market abuse (MAR), the 3/347/12.7.2005 Decision of HCMC and the ATHEX Rulebook, announces that:

Following the relevant proposal of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, the Board of Directors, on its meeting as of 26.1.2022, decided to appoint its existing executive member, Mr Georgios Tsinavos, as a Deputy CEO.

Therefore, the composition of Board of Directors is now as follows:

- Tsinavos Panagiotis, President of the Board of Directors & CEO, Executive Member.

- Kotsabasis Georgios, Vice-President of the Board of Directors, Non-executive Member.

- Tsinavos Georgios, Deputy CEO, Executive Member.

- Kartsani Georgia, Non-Executive Member.

- Kyriakidis Anastasios, Independent Non-Executive Member.

- Moudios Anastasios, Independent Non-Executive Member.
